Owner Cisco Marquez opened the room on October 21, 2024 with a private dining room, a patio with bar access, and a kitchen that dry-rubs outside-skirt fajitas instead of soaking them. That is why group chats from Montgomery County end up here instead of a hotel ballroom.

what you eat
Food is the easy part. Dry-rub outside-skirt beef, chicken, shrimp, carnitas, and jalapeño cheddar sausage. Flauta towers. Taco spreads. House queso and guacamole made here. Drinks can be hosted, cash, or a margarita package — the same cantina program as happy hour and weekend brunch.
Party at a house in Creekside or an office in Town Center? Catering scales the same kitchen off-site. Minimum 10 guests.
