our story

Bold flavors. Fresh ingredients. Familia.

Welcome to Nacho Padres Cantina

Authentic Tex-Mex flavors meet warm southern hospitality. Our family-owned restaurant brings generations of cherished recipes to the Spring community. From homemade salsas to hand-made plates, every dish is crafted with care. When you dine with us, you're part of our familia.

Owner and operator Cisco Marquez — longtime Black Walnut executive — opened the cantina on October 21, 2024 with Sawyer Management Group. The sign says Established 2022 because the idea started then. The fajitas started sizzling in 2024.

About the food

Big, bold flavors and fresh ingredients. Fajitas aren't marinated — they get a dry rub on hand-selected outside skirt steak. Enchiladas get slow-simmered house sauces. Queso is made here. Guacamole is made here. That attention to detail is what TWTX noticed when they called out Best Mexican, Best Tacos, and Best Burger.

Keeping it local

Proudly serving and supporting local, powered by Sawyer Management Group. We source nearby when we can and show up for Spring, The Woodlands, and Conroe — birthday bashes, taco Tuesdays, and a podcast that talks about the work out loud.
