What to order if you drove from Research Forest
- Outside skirt beef fajitas for the table. Dry rub, medium rare unless you say otherwise.
- Fried cactus tacos if you want the “Tex-Mex with a twist” line to mean something.
- Happy hour smash burger Monday–Friday 3–6 if you still miss a certain other smash in town.
- Nacho Grandma’s Margarita (24oz) or a draft flight if the cantina is the point of the evening.
Brunch on Saturday or Sunday (9:30am–3pm) is the Woodlands family play: churro waffles, giant breakfast tacos, mimosa flights, then home before the golf traffic.

Town Center private rooms book out. Our patio holds 100 with bar access; the private room holds 30. Catering runs to Woodlands offices all week — fajitas travel better than speeches.

Address: 2121 Rayford Rd, Spring, TX 77386. From The Woodlands Parkway / I-45, Rayford is the obvious cut-over. Map. Hours until 10pm. Order to-go if the kids already fell asleep in the car.
